I have a situation where there is a business that is incorporated and has 4 separate gas stations. Each gas station has its own account and it appears that they are all separately maintained. One person withdrew $8,000 from one account and $8,000 from a different account. For CTR purposes I would list the one transactor but would I list the separate gas station entities and have 2 separate "person on whose behalf transaction is conducted" or can I just pull it all under the incorporated business and have one "Person on whose behlf transaction is being conducted"?

You only have one entity, regardless of the number of locations.
