I have a file that was denied for unverifiable information. The loan amount was originally $300K but a counter offer was accepted at $250K. The loan was eventually denied due to not receiving credit conditions from the borrower. Do we use the original loan amount or the counter offer that they accepted?

Original amount. If the counter offer had truly been 'accepted', you'd be looking at a consummated loan.
