If information in a appraisal report changes are you required to wait another 3 days after providing the revised report?

You are giving appraisal copies out prior to review? Boy, I think that will create all kinds of issues with the borrower. By the way, how can you "change" an appraisal value?

No actually we do not provide them prior to review, in this case an evaluation was ordered intitially but later in the loan process a full appraisal was ordered. Appraiser increased value based upon additional information. I think i answered my own question...I believe you would have to wait an additional 3 days unless a waiver is obtained.
