Does anyone have a Cash Item Policy they would like to share? We have FDIC Examiners here and they recommend we have one.

A Cash Item Policy? A policy? You have to be kidding? Policies are approved by the board.

A suggestion to have written procedures on how to handle a cash item would be more palatable.
