Hello,

Our bank has recently purchased a cash recycler for one of our locations.

We are having many discussions on what is the 'proper' way to audit the machine. Weekly, monthly, quarterly?

Does anyone currently have a cash recycler and if so what are your audit procedures?

We have 10 and are getting ready to deploy 3 more. We audit monthly. We bought our first machine five years ago - to date we've been off $20.

I'm really impressed with the offage. We are getting ready to purchase a second machine 2nd quarter. This response supports our decision to implement more.
