I've read every forced-place hazard insurance thread out here and still have a question. I've read and re-read 1024.17(k)(5). I've determined that I can and need to force place hazard (or flood) insurance. My question, that I can't seem to wrap my brain around, is where to I get the money for it:

2. Do I pay the bill by making the escrow account negative? And do I re-adjust the payments?
4. Do I advance principal and leave the payments alone?
5. Do I advance the principal into the escrow account? If so, do I re-adjust the payments?
