I am trying to determine what we need to do (if anything) to change our lobby hours. I am looking at the Ohio Revised Code and it states:
A bank that establishes a banking office shall notify the superintendent of financial institutions prior to doing either of the following:
(1)Changing the banking office's schedule of operation from part-time to full-time or full-time to part-time,

I am trying to find the definition of full-time and part-time to see if we fall into this requirement. We are changing our hours from 9-6 to 9-5. Does anyone know if this is a change in full-time status? Thank you in advance.

I could not find the definition of full-time or part-time in the Ohio Revised Code. I did call ODFI and was told that cutting our hours back one hour would not require us to notify the superintendent. She did say that posting a notice for two weeks prior to the change would be sufficient to notify our customers.
