Does anyone have an RFP for online banking they would be willing to share. We haven't gone out to bid in many years and could use a fresh RFP.

The FDIC just released a document titled Effective Practices for Selecting a Service Provider today as a part of FIL-13-2014 that discusses the RFP process and even has an Appendix with recommendations on what to include in an RFP for technology service providers...
