We are making a home loan with a CD as additional collateral. The TIL will cite the property & the CD. I'm trying to recall the requirements for additional language on the TIL concerning the CD. It had something to do with the difference in the rate on the loan and the rate on the CD. I can't remember if this was a Reg Z rule or a Tx finance code rule. Can someone help jog my memory on this?

Found the discussion thread. Truth in Lending-Required Deposit Disclosure from 4/27/11, and the reference Reg Z 226.18r. I thought this had been discussed in this forum previously. Just couldn't come up with the right key words. Not sure why I thought might be a TX finance code issue.
