These are some funny stories about drive thru experiances. I know I have had some good ones in my days.

"I worked at Taco Bell once upon a time. It was about mid afternoon, and it was hot as [censored] outside. One of our registers was down so I was taking the payment and giving the food out at the same window. A lady pulls up to my window and I tell her the total. I don't remember exactly how much it was but it was probably around seven or eight dollars and some change. She was very large and sweating heavily, she looked dirty but luckily I couldn't smell her. First she pulls a couple bills out of her bra and hands them to me, they were moist but it wasn't something I had never had happen. She then reaches deep down under her b-o-o-b and literally pulls out a hand full of change. FULL! I looked at her, I looked at her boob change and I said "It's okay, your close enough without the change." I handed her the food and she went on her way, but man there was no way I was touching that!"

I worked at a retail outlet in college. I had a couple of nice ladies come in a purchase some items in all singles. Assuming they were waitresses paying with tips, I asked where they worked. They were strippers at a local bar ... they could have told me before I handled all the ones!

We have a couple of customers here at the bank that are strippers (they gladly tell the tellers this) and they bring in hoardes of 1's and 5's. You can see teller's scrambling to go on break, or run work everytime they come in!

We have a dirty looking male stripper that comes in occasionally... the tellers aren't impressed

I was a car hop at a drive-in during high school. I walked up on something delivering food to a car that scarred me for life!

Peepers apologized for that didn't he?

I have all sorts of fun stories from my college/post-college job (a much more fun place to work than I'm at now!) about people doing crazy/disgusting/disturbing things. Like when you have customers in the elevator going at it, and when the doors open, they don't even pause to say hello or act startled. Just keep at it!

Fortunately for me, my drive-thru stories are just about people's stupidity....like the idiots who try to order a taco or hamburger from Chick-Fil-A, or try to order a hot dog from Mrs. Winner's Fried Chicken because they pronounce "winner" like "weiner". Oy vey!

ETA: And they were completely serious about the order, not just being smart-***es!

I had a rural paper route in college, and every day about 11:00 o'clock, about 20-30 minutes before the papers would come off the presses, this older man would drive up in the parking lot, LAY on his horn and start yelling "hey!...hey!....hey!....hey!...hey!...hey!" until someone walked out there and then he would calmly ask "are the papers out yet?"

I don't know why it was put up with...but it was. (And i don't know what his problem was either...but he obviously had one.)

HAHA!!

For someone who only sees a CFA while traveling south? you must travel a LOT to know this!

Long ago, when Arby's first came out with the "Arby-Q Barbeque" dad saw it advertised while we are all on a trip in CO. He said that sounded good, why didnt we ever get those? I explained that such things are rgional with franchise businesses adn it had not made it to OK yet. Thought that was the end of it. Forward a week....
We get back to OK and dad drives straight to Arby's, pulls i the drive though adn orders 6 "Arby-Q Barbeque" . I tell him, "Dad, I told you they dont have those."
the poor guy on the other end says "a what?"
"Dad, its not even on the menu"
Dad-"6 Arby-Q Barbeque"
Arby's guy - "huh"
Dad - "6 DAMN Arby-Q Barbeque!"
Me- "THEY DONT HAVE THEM! THEY HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM!"
Mom - "Will you all just shut the he11 up! Tony, get out of here"
My little sister has now crawled into the floorboards.

It was a full year before the much anticipated sandwich made it to OK and another year before dad would order one.

Nope....I went to high school in an Atlanta suburb, and worked at CFA my junior year.

And I just live in the Chattanooga area....we have CFA here too, it's just not a clean one.

Ahhh! Okay then! I'm surprised Whatz his name let's them get away with an unclean shop...he tends to visit them, or at least here he does!

My definition of clean may be different than his. I also know some of the peeps that work there and I would not eat at their houses, so there is no way I am eating where they work with food.

Worked several pizza locations to help pay for collage doing delivery. On a couple nights we had "nice" young ladies call to order a pizza delivery boy" I let them know the minimum purchase was $5 or I could not send a boy and also asked them if they had a preference on which of us they wanted. They did not know so I suggested they come in to the restaurant and check us out so they would be able to choose. The 2nd group of gals that called actually came in to look us over. We could not stop laughing and they ran out red faced.

I never delivered PIZZA but my brother and a couple of his friends did. They had similar stories, but it wasn't younger girls placing the orders, but lonely older ones, if you get my drift.
