Losing my mind. We document commercial loans through laser pro. Need an estoppel certificate and can't find it. Anyone know what the form number is? Thanks.

This form is an agreement between the grantor of a leasehold interest in real property, the lender, and the landlord or owner of the property. The landlord and grantor specify that a valid lease exists, and that no modifications to the lease, or default action under the terms of the lease, will be taken without first notifying the lender.

.In a real estate transaction, select Options > Closing Only Data Mode.
.Select Go To > Transaction Data > Collateral Summary.
.Select the real estate collateral and click Details.
.Select Real Estate Details and click OK.
.Select Leasehold and click Details.
.Complete the details and click Done then click Next.
.Select Real Estate Document Selection and click OK then click Add.
.From the Doc. Group pick list, select LPL Standard.
.From the Doc. Type pick list, select Other.
.From the Doc. Name pick list, select Landlord's Estoppel Certificate.
.Click List Complete.
.Click Document Details to complete the Landlord's Estoppel Certificate details and click Done.
.Click Next and click Close.
.Select File > Print Forms.

If you're looking for one that's not on a leashold collateral, I think it's only available in conjunction with the Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement.
