We have a loan officer that misspelled a borrowers name when she ran credit. So she re-ran credit with the correct name. Should we keep both credit reports in the file or should we only have the most recent?

IMO I'd keep both of them and tell your lender not to do that again. The first one would have possibly come up with a red flag that the name was incorrect, which you could have addressed.
