We cannot find anything specific to Home Equity in the TX constitution for record retention. Can anyone share what the requirements are and where to find that information?

Proof of TX requirements:

-Receipt of Notice Concerning Extension of Credit
-Statements verifying they have not signed blank instruments
-Statements they rec'd final appl and disclos 1 day in advance
-Signed Notice of Penalties for Making False or Misleading Statements
-Voluntary Designation of Homestead
-Acknowledgment of Fair Market Value
You know, Texas HEL specific requirements.

No different than the length of time you are required to keep documents for any other loan you make.
