Our bank currently uses Kronos as our timekeeping software. Can anyone suggest other software options that would be similar. It's time to review this contract and we are looking for alternatives.

Check with your core processor and see if they offer one.

we use Eco-Time. Not familiar with Kronos so I have no idea if it is similar. Eco-Time trackes time worked, time off, time off requests, etc.

We recently started using Ascentis and it offers much more than just time keeping. Employees can review their own benefits, request PTO, make changes to 401(k)contributions, beneficiaries, etc directly on their own page. They also have access to current and historical paystubs. The system offers a "what if" program that allows employees to see how various changes to benefits or W4's will affect take home pay. I'm still learning to navigate and find it cumbersome, but apparently it is very helpful to HR for recordkeeping.

We use Paycom. Employees can submit time off requests, review their benefits, make changes to withholding, access paystubs, etc.
