Borrower requested a loan to purchase a mobile home and place the home on his father's land. On the application there was a property address listed as collateral. Now the father will not allow his land to be used as collateral, and due to other reasons the loan is going to be denied.

With that being said, do we need to put an address on the HMDA?? Also, should one of the denial reasons be "incomplete application" since we don't have a property address after all?

There may be various scenarios, but I would deny it and report the address on the application. For denial reason, collateral could fit because you have no address to put the collateral.
