Would any one be willing to share their CDD/EDD form used at account opening? I'm interested in seeing Excel spreadsheets which are able to automatically calculate customer risk during or shortly thereafter the account opening process.

I have one that I created. It is specific to our bank and the high risk customers that we designate in the policy. Send me a PM and I will share...

Are we required to assign a risk rating to a business account PRIOR to opening the account? What about asking additional questions and contacting the customers after the account is open and risk rate it maybe 30 days after account opening?
