What docs should be obtained for a current customers name change? Typically this happens in divorce situations.

Court order and new DL/State ID is usually what I've seen

We request a copy of the new SS Card or application for SS card in the new name, as well. We had several issues come up where someone changed their name on the DL, but never got around to changing it with the SSA.
