Hello! I wasn't quite sure which forum to post this question in but here it goes. We are an FDIC bank and have searched their website without success on finding an address of where to send a Branch Closing Notice to? I know it changed a couple years ago and wanted to make sure we still have the correct address.
Thanks!!

It is the responsibility of SENIOR MANAGEMENT, with the prior written approval and concurrence of the Board of Directors, to notify the Regional Director of the FDIC, in addition to other applicable regulatory agencies, of the proposed closing no later than 90-days prior to the date of the proposed branch closing. This required notice must include a detailed statement of the reasons for the decision to close the branch and statistical or other information in support of such reasons. The notice must also include:

1. Identification of the branch to be closed;

2. The proposed date of closing;

3. A detailed statement of the reasons for the decision to close the branch; and

4. Statistical or other information in support of such reasons consistent with the Bank’s written policy for branch closings.

Hope this help and is nothing else, call the phone number to verify the address.
