We moved 7 months ago without selling our 1st home. We have a contract and it's being appraised today. Please say some prayers that the house appraises and we're able to get rid of it.

I can understand... married 4 years ago and the hubbies youngest was still in school, so I moved to his town. My original house did not sell, so we had a cousin move in for a good deal, just so it wouldn't sit vacant. Hope to try to sell it again some day.

After having my condo on the market since Sept., I got my first decent offer yesterday, with a contingency of course to sell her house first. I accepted, but I'm praying hard her house sells faster than mine has.
Selling a home is a lot more stress than I expected.

7 months that is nothing. I have my first house up for sale for over 4 years. I have it priced $30,000 below appraised value and can not sell it. Send some of that love my way please.
