We use the bitter apple stuff. He doesn't do bad chewing on furniture or other things he shouldn't so it's really ended up being used mostly on me. Stuff doesn't taste that bad I don't think, but he freaks out and shakes his head all crazy for a little bit, and walks off all sad. So it works, for a minute or two at least!

It's been so rainy lately that he hasn't gotten enough exercise in, that's definitely impacted his temperament. He does a lot better after I drag him around for a two mile walk, or he romps at the dog park. Like me, after exercise, a nap is required. He's just lucky enough to be able to take one!

Kinda makes sense that's where he's biting you when playing, that's most likely where he'd nip at other dogs when they play (ears, neck, legs, etc.)

Do that and I'll text Mr/Mrs Mani and tell him/her to start packing for the move to Florida, and that you're getting a third husky along the way!

Ears he mostly hits once, gently, then licks a lot. It tickles like crazy!

Mr/Mrs Mani and Mr/Mrs Mani have their hands full as it is with the two canine/semi-human babies they have now! I'm not sure that I can handle pictures of Mani Jr hiding under the table or with their head stuck in a closet!

When my heeler was younger, she used to wake me up in the morning by what I called 'ear snorkling'...It was hilarious!

I'm grouchy. One of my favorite annual races got redone for this year, and they turned it into a silly untimed run with water cannons and junk that's only 2.4 miles instead of the previous glory of the 7 mile (or 3k for the less adventurous) road race it used to be.

I hate fun runs! And "races" with no timer.

I'm kinda with Matt on this one. I dont need to pay just to go run and get wet. Its free everytime it rains. When I race, I like to "race".

And I'm fine with these existing, and understand that they generate more revenue for whatever cause/organization, I'm just sad they took away my longest distance race option. There are very few 10k options around here, and only one 8k. I shall continue to sulk and pout.

I'm having trouble finding 10ks here Matt, so I can't imagine what it's like by you.

Just sign up for the 5k and run it twice. Always a safe bet, and you'll probably be the first one done with the 10k, and still have 5k people to chase after and beat

Push-up update!

If you've kept up through today, you've done 17,020 push-ups so far this year! Now that we've met and passed the halfway point on the calendar, it's all downhill from here...right??

Okay, so by push-up count, we're only a fourth of the way through the year (66,795 to go!). But hey, still doing great!

<--has been skipping pushups except for the mandatory ones performed in TRX and Insanity. Although I did do around 30 the other evening and stopped when the poodle tried licking my face and sticking her tongue in my mouth because she has stinky poodle breath and I didn't want to be covered with stinky poodle dog saliva because that would just be too smelly.

I'm still in on the insane behavior. But only because I started one here in the bank and now I'm accountable here (where they can see me).

BTW, I could have gone all day without knowing how many we have done.
