We are just beginning to convert to Net Teller.

I was just told that terms and conditions needed to be established and that the company working with us have no template for setting it up.

I have no idea where to begin.

La. Lady, if you'll send me a PM with your bank email address, I'll be happy to send you a sample. We use Jack Henry's NetTeller also, and we were frustrated by them not providing us any sort of sample also. I was fortunate enough to have a couple of other banks offer theirs as a sample, and I cobbled ours together, had compliance and legal review it and ours has gone through numerous audits and examinations with no issues.
