I have been unable to find information regarding the required time frame that a data furnisher has to report the final status of an account for any other final status than when the consumer closes the account voluntarily. I am specifically looking for guidance regarding the final statuses; such as, foreclosure, Deed-in-Lieu, charge-off. Can anyone point me to where I might find this in the FCRA or in any other location?

You would most likely be expected to report the accurate status of the loan at your next normal reporting period. I doubt that you will find specific guidance.
