Is anyone aware of changes to the Reg. H Supervisory LTV limits? I'm being told the Improved R/E-Residential Owner Occupied percentage was raised from 90% ot 95% and I'm unable to verify that fact.

We have a purchase combo second that is at 95%; however, it's not disclosed and a Reg H exception.
