Would anyone know if the pamphlets associated with this Act are still required? I seem to recall that they no longer needed to be available since the Act language was contained in a prominent poster (Notice to Inquirers and Loan Applicants). Can anyone clarify?

Yes, it it still required. It was included as a requirement on the Mortgage Anti-Redlining Compliance Checklist we were required to complete as part of our last Safety and Soundness exam.
