TISA and Reg. E (with regards to overdrafts) don't apply to business accounts so if we allow these accounts to overdraw, are there any restrictions, notices, disclosures, etc. I need to be providing?

Also, someone mentioned that if an authorized signer overdraws a business account (thru use of debit card) then it be viewed as an unauthorized loan.

Thoughts?
