We will begin offering online account opening this year, starting with the least risk by offering to existing customers. I have lots of questions as well as mitigators in my mind and need to put this information into a risk assessment.

We have a comprehensive overall BSA/OFAC risk assessment spreadsheet but it doesn't seem to fit what I'm trying to accomplish...
