If you pay it 'off' online, A_G, instead of .40cents...it will be $39.20. wink and so on, and so on, and so on. Besides that, they conveniently do not have an option to pay and CLOSE it. mad

When you do something right in front of someone, and then 3 minutes later, they ask if you remembered to do it.

When someone in a nearby office changes their ringtone to be the same one I've been using for a year. I've reached for my phone twice this morning.

The occupancy sensors in our new offices turn the lights off if the sensors don't detect any motion for 5 minutes. The sensitivity on them was adjusted so low that if you are sitting at your desk typing for 5 minutes, the lights will go out. Right before they go out, the switch will beep - causing you to waive your arms like a a gorilla on a rampage to keep the lights on.

I looked up a manual for the switch online and have adjusted the sensitivity yesterday - today it seems to be working ::fingers crossed::

Computers that go idle after a ridiculously short time.....like 3 minutes....requiring you to log-in all over again. I had the IT guy make mine 'idle-free'... grin

I work in conference rooms like that on a semi-regular basis. The worst one was a long narrow room in which the sensor switch was on the short axis and the table / where we worked was on the long axis. Waving your arms around wouldn't work there, you'd have to get up and pace around the room.

Isn't there a law against any of this trickery?

You should open a Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Visa card, their customer service and website is great and you get free flights. And if you tell them I referred you, I get 1,000 points...... laugh

I use the card for all of my purchases and bills, pay it off every two weeks and get enough points for at least 2 round trip flights every year. I pay no interest, so the only expense is the annual fee.

Along those same lines: You have to walk someone thru 84 steps, all of which they should know. On step 68, they argue and try to impress you with their knowledge of something. Sorry.....i ain't buying it and please...just shut up and do what i tell you, since you've already proved you don't know what you're doing.
