We are formulating our Employee NSF Policy. How do other banks handle this issue?

Two or three, in a rolling 12 month period and the employee's free (2) checking accounts are closed. A supervisor is provided notice with each employee NSF.

Randy:

I believe the intent of notifying the supervisor is so that counselling can take place as to the importance of handling our personal affairs in an exemplary manner. This, of course, is secondary to embarrassing the employee into never doing such a despicable act again.
