I won't go in the out door, or out the in door. It seems to frustrate people who think they're being kind and holding a door open for me. Cans and bottles must be properly faced. I can't sleep if any of my pig figurines is looking at me.

When pumping gas I must stop with .00 - no pennies!

I pre-pay my gas (and am almost always making another purchase with it), so i'll get a funky amount of gas to make my entire purchase come out to an even dollar amount.

Agreed. I worked in retail before and I still catch myself facing product when I'm shopping.

I also collect rocks and have since I was old enough to walk. I even have 9 of them on my shelf in my office that have fossils in them. They go nicely with my PEZ dispenser collection.

My quirks
- all clocks in the house have to match, exactly. Cars too. When we lose power, it drives me nuts.
- one foot out when I sleep
- Eat all of one type of food at a time when eating (except for salads, I can mix my food when I eat salad )

When the light is off I want the light switch down, when it is on I want it up. Have a light in our house with three switches and this doesn't work - drives me NUTS.

When I eat a meal whatever I think is the best tasting thing on my plate - I save a bite of that for last - eating my least favorite thing first. My husband makes amusing comments on that one.

I have everything ready for the morning the night before - all clothes out - makeup out - coffee ready (just need to switch it on). Saves me time in the morning.

I also eat M&M's (or Skittles - not my cat) by color with least favorite color first - and I eat them in pairs. If there is an odd number I'll eat one first and then go to pairs.

Mine too. That's not a quirk, though. It's common sense.

Mine are in no particular order...but it's okay...I know where the ROCK stations are located even tho they aren't even in the same order in the car vs the truck.

i count...everything. Cars on the road, steps to the elevator, door, other departments, from my car to the store, in the store, books on the shelf, canned goods, steps when running, revolutions when pedaling, people in the department, in lines, seats in movike theaters, rows in movie theaters...i can tell you the number of spans on every bridge i cross to and from work, the number of traffic lights, street lights, major intersections and minor intersections i cross...

no idea why...
