Does anyone know where I can find Risk Management information on Banks issuing Debit Cards and Pins at account opening? I have no clue as to where to start.

Confused most of the time!
Two of the major concerns are access to the machine itself, which generally has to be locked/chained in some way and control over the inventory of cards. These two threads add some more detail.
