What is your bank's policy on allowing a customer to stay in the vault (containing safe deposit boxes) to make a "quick" deposit or withdrawal from their box?

Thank you.

Some banks have rooms either inside or outside the SDB vault. Our branches do not have rooms. We allow one customer at a time into the SDB vault. When they are done, branch personnel are to inspect the area, to make sure no contents were left out before the next customer is allowed access.

We have a glass door on the SDB room so we are ok to leave them in there for short periods of time but if they will be there awhile we invite them to use the rooms outside the vault

We allow them to stay in the vault, but the employee stays in there too. Usually, we would turn our back or busy ourselves with filling in the SDB card. But we also have rooms right outside the vault for longer "transactions."
