We have detected some transactions on an IOLTA that appear to be inappropriate. Specifically, the lawyer appears to be using the account for personal use. There are deposits of checks from family members and outgoing ACH transactions that are not what you would expect to see.

I know there is an obligation to report to the State Bar if an account becomes overdrawn; however, is there an obligation to report unusual activity?
