Are Fedral PACs required to file with the State of MI as a business entity or perhaps the county? We have a newly formed Federal PAC account and would like to know what other FI's require for account opening.

Page 2 states that groups participating in elections are required to form and file committees, and to register by filing a Statement of Organization.
