I reviewed FEMAs website for section Rates and was a little confused on amount of flood insurance required on contents of a commercial building. If the amount of the building flood coverage is $500,000, what amount should contents flood coverage be? $100,000, $150,000 or $500,000?

Non-residential limits are $500,000 on a single building plus $500,000 on its contents.
