Much as we like to bemoan the burden placed on us, and the fear of what the CFPB could do it if runs amok, I have to say I think the CFPB is starting to accomplish what could not be done in the past.
These are the type of businesses that target our military servicemembers and it's shameful that this type of thing hasn't been stopped already. I am happy to see that non-bank predatory lenders are now feeling the heat.
