This may be in the wrong forum, but hopefully you can help.

Anyone using an Appraisal Management Software that they like? Looking to automate the appraisal ordering and review process and thinking software would be helpful. I've found, but not reviewed the following:

ExactBid "RIMS"
ValueLink
Global DMS "eTrac"
ValueTrac

I appreciate any insight you can give on these or other systems.

Are you looking for commercial or residential or both? RIMS is more geared towards commercial, and is not easy to customize. We started using ValuTrac in July for commercial and residential and have been pleased. I am not familiar with the other two companies. We looked at Mercury Software also.

Ideally would like one system to handle both commercial and residential. Did you use RIMS and switch or was that the feeling you got when you demo'ed the software? What was it that made ValuTrac the winner?
