Having your AC go out in south Louisiana in the summer is not fun...(yes, I know it is still technically spring according to the calendar, but the temperature and humidity gauges say otherwise)

It isn't certain that the news of no A/C is a "new and improved" thought. I'm a wimp on heat and humidity and gotta have my A/C!

Gah. We have AC trouble usually about once a year - usually right around 3pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Hope you get it fixed soon.

On a side note, one of the many benefits of living in a tiny home is that if you open the right combination of windows, the cross breeze cools the house down really quick!

I have to have the AC, unless there is a very good breeze with NO humidity. We don't open the windows much, we are in farm country and most times it doesn't smell the greatest. One of the reasons I stopped using the clothesline.

On the plus side, hubbys new garage door is geing installed today. A storm took it out about a month ago.

Ugh, we have a condo unit for sale, the agent went to show it and the water heater had broken a line and the place was flooded. Now to deal with the insurance adjusters, double ugh.

Sigh.

Just whip your hair back and forth, should clean things up in no time.

On another note, after a week of watching a dog that outweighs me by 30 pounds, I'm happy I'll be sleeping in my own bed. For about two weeks, when I'll be sleeping on NWOh!

New AC unit and furnace installed tomorrow. The humidity is so thick that my windows look frosted. Everything is damp! My water heater decided to crash a few months ago. Just as I put the house up for sale, everything is breaking down. Please send happy, selling thoughts to NJ.

This time of year at work, employees have to run the gauntlet to get into the building. Under the portico by the back entrance, hordes of daddy-long leg spiders hang from the ceiling. By hordes, I mean HUNDREDS of them. EEK!!
