For flood determinations, if an institution does not fall into one of the specific categories of FDIC-insured, farm credit,etc., the instructions indicate "other lenders who fund loans sold to or securitized by FNMA or FHLMC should enter FNMA or FHLMC seller/service number". Does this mean that if you ever sell to FNMA/FHLMC, then you enter that number on all determination you order or that if you are not selling to that specific loan to them, you leave it blank?

If you are not selling that loan to them it would be blank.
