Pulling people out of the ditc...
FINCEN upated their advisory last week on human smuggling/trafficking and steps banks need to take in identifying and reporting transactions related to this

I wonder if a defense of "but President Obama said we were granting amnesty to illegals so i didn't think i needed to do anything" would be a good defense against detection...
