Granted, I would love a little more professionalism in the lobby, less pictures of her cats on her desk, etc. But that's a hard job for little money. Don't worry, not hugging her.

I just recently "acquired" the job of Teller Supervisor in addition to all my other duties, so I'm going to plan something nice to show our tellers how much I value them (I try to show appreciation every week).
