Are you talking about loans written under the Louisiana Consumer Credit Law (LCCL) or the Louisiana Deferred Presentment and Small Loan Act?

Which fee are you talking about? Finance Charge (interest)? Origination fee? Documentation Fee? NSF Fee? Late Fee? etc...

I am talking about loans that would fall under the Louisiana Consumer Credit Law. And the Origination fee is what I am wondering about. I am looking at the LA Banking Laws book and it refers to the finance charge but not the closing or origination fee.
