When a loan is secured by a second or subordinate lien on a dwelling and the purpose isn't to purchase, improve or refinance.... then it wouldn't be HMDA reportable would it?

I always get mixed up with 2nd liens.

If a loan isn't to purchase, improve, or refinance a dwelling, it isn't reportable regardless of lien status.
