Customer is disputing several charges from Google Supercell stating that his phone was stolen by his neighbor and then returned later. Seems like a strange set of circumstances and our understanding is that there is a password that must be used in order to make in-app purchases.

Also noted that Google has recently settled with the FTC for "unauthorized" in-app purchases made by children without authorization.

Any recommendations on this one?

Pulling people out of the ditc...
i'm not familiar with supercell, but if these are app purchases on the phone, wouldn't your customer be the beneficiary of these apps?

Google Wallet may meet the definition for a third party provider under 1005.14. As such, they have their own dispute resolution process.
