My $350MM community bank is in the midst of converting our core banking software to ITI's Premier2 product, including many optional modules. Audit is responsible to monitor and audit the process as it happens.
I would like to find an audit program to guide me in choosing what processes and issues to focus the audit on. I am attending the steeering committee meetings but it is not possible to be everywhere else at once with all the activity taking place.
