Scenario:
Borrower and coborrower apply jointly. Coborrower is denied due to credit, but the borrower continues with the loan individually. Two weeks later, the borrower decides to withdraw their application.

How should this be reported on the LAR? Withdrawn? With only the borrower's GMI or include the coborrower's too?

OK
To me, you can't 'continue' on with what has become a denied application without a counteroffer. I take it that the counteroffer was the applicant going on alone....and if that's the case, the counteroffer wasn't accepted as the loan never consummated. I'd report one entry: a denial.
