We are in the "design and planning phase" to change from a process where Loan Originators create and issue initial and most subsequent disclosures to a centralized disclosure dept before TILA RESPA. I'm thrilled because trying to rodeo 100+ LOs to do this function well and timely so far has been like herding cats high on PCP though a minefield. Does anyone have any tips or experienced advice to help me keep this transition between the ditches? Much appreciated!
