Hello all. I am trying to find out info on late payment charges and late fees, such as what is the max that can be charged, what must be done b/f the company can charge this, etc. Any suggestions as to where to start? Thanks in advance!

You need to look at your state law regarding this issue. For example in my State it is spelled out in the Uniform Consumer Credit Code.
