Does anyone perform a WI Consumer Act compliance review or audit? I am struggling with this because we are a national bank and I don't know if it all applies to us or not. From a list of regulations and acts, I was given a list of ones that management thinks I should do a compliance review or audit on and one of them was the WI Consumer Act. If so, would you be willing to share your audit procedures?
