I'm pretty sure there is no requirement for how many times a year a CRA committee meeting should meet, but speaking as an ISB we are meeting quarterly and it seems to be too many meetings.

My question is, would examiners be okay with two committee meetings a year?
What is common practice?

We didn't even have a CRA committee until 4 years ago. Haven't met the past year, but received notice we are going to meet quarterly next year.

OOOOOOklahoma
ISB and we don't have a committee at all. Just finished with an exam and they did not criticize our lack of committee.

As long as your CRA performance is good, the examiners shouldn't care.

Just what I wanted to hear.
Thanks for the input everyone.

Just didn't make sense to me to have to scramble to come up with stuff to talk about...

As said, the requirement is for a process that works. What that process is, is up to the bank!
