My brother and I are heading to Buffalo to watch the Bruins and Sabres in December-we will be there a couple of days. Other than making snowmen, is there anything to do?

That is so weird, I may be making a visit to M&T next month. smile

Restaurant ideas? Things to do?

I went for my birthday in '98. It was cold. We went to Anchor Bar because it's allegedly the birthplace of the buffalo wing. While it was good, I don't recall having my socks knocked off by the experience. You can always drive to the Falls.

Cross the river into Niagara. Better Food places, casino, etc. Buffalo is UGLY!

The Lake Effects Diner!! Awesome food!!
Also there is the Anchor Bar, originator of the "Buffalo Wings". Its not bad, But I would hit the Lake Effects Diner first.

Oh, and there is a waterfall or something around there too.... laugh

Having lived near Buffalo as a kid and the rest of my life here in New England snow and cold don't bother me.

It will be great to see the Bruins beat up on the sally Sabres.
